Forgot BIOS Administrator password

Hi,
I've forgotten my password for my HP Pavilion dv7 Laptop.
It asks me "Enter administrator password or power on password" as soon as the laptop starts.
I'm quite sure I have entered the correct password from memory, But its not working.

After three failed attempts i am given this error code:
84050184

Model : HP Pavilion dv7 Laptop
OS : win 7

I have notebook HP ELitebook 2540p with serial number (removed content0.

I do not remember administrator's password.

This is Khariton. (I forgoted password to account and must to recreate password. after this I must create new Screen name, now it will be Khariton2)

I probe to use HPBR image. I have copied this image on flash drive. It can be loaded on my home notebook to DOS session. But when I use it on HP 2540p (without hard drive) then flash drive do not boot and report to me seems like "cant boot from disk". Flash drive have LED which lights sometimes.

If I probe to open boot menu then I have only frozen cursor whixh can not move and empy list of boot device. If I probe to enter password then I can see onscreen keyboard and cursor works.

For now Hard disk can boot with installed Windows (may be conatact was a bad). But i can not boot HPBR from usb.

May be I have disabled usb boot from BIOS.
