@Oreocookies, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your HP Pavilion TouchSmart notebook. Unfortunately, I can't assist with password reset or recovery, as providing such assistance could violate privacy and security protocols. However, you can try the following general suggestions:

Password Hint: If you set a password hint, it can be helpful in reminding you of the password.

Password Reset Disk: Use a password reset disk if you have created one previously.

Recovery Options: Use the recovery options available. You can try booting into Safe Mode or using an admin account if available.

Also, you may refer to this guide: HP PCs - Change or reset the computer password in Windows 10 | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
