I reset my computer no problem. Although the next time I came to use it, I had forgotten the password I used. So I decided to reset again and set up a new password, however, when it shut down, updates were installed and I now don't have enough space to do the reset. And I can't get in to uninstall anything because I have forgotten the password to get back in.
