Four digit code on my ligin screen af5er downloaded one drive

When I installed onesrive on my hp a 4 digital code appeared it won't let me enter anything it asks me to pit in the pin then immediately tells me set up new code pin error!!!why

Your windows hello pin needs to be registered.  This can be triggered by a security change or a major update to windows.

You should have 2 or more options if windows hello is enabled



If there is only one option, and it does not work, then look for another account in the bottom left corner.



In order to repair your PIN, you will need to use an account with online credentials. Usually that requires you to enter your Microsoft email "username" and password that was used to activate windows.
