When booting up laptop it freezes on hp logo screen so I shut down using power key and try again, after a few times it boots as automatic repair mode or something and then freezes on that screen's loading logo. Then I try a few times and it actually successfully boots up in that repair screen and then a blue screen comes up stating some problems with windows with options and then I press restart on that screen or go into options and choose exit and start windows option(Im using windows in a different language so sorry about the specific names.) It again fails to boot up with the freeze problem, when I try bios recovery It says bios recovery files not found and asks for a usb containing them, so I again shut down with power button but after that I am able to launch the laptop and have no issues whatsoever, In fact It was doing so before and I used to launch via bios recovery for a few weeks untill a problem arose with my gpu and ssd so I had them repaired but the bootup issue remains, I am pretty positive that all the parts are healthy what do I need to do to avoid starting up my laptop 15 times every time I want to boot?

Hi @mustafa_taş,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your laptop!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove the power adapter.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds to discharge any residual power.
  • Reconnect the power adapter and try to boot the laptop.

Access Safe Mode:

  • If the laptop starts to the Automatic Repair screen, select "Advanced options" followed by "Troubleshoot" and then "Advanced options" again.
  • Choose "Startup Settings" and then click "Restart."
  • Once the laptop restarts, press the appropriate key to select "Safe Mode."
  • Safe Mode can help identify if there are any driver issues causing the boot problem.

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • Ensure that all internal components like RAM and hard drive are seated correctly.
  • Remove and reseat these components if you are comfortable doing so or seek professional assistance.

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics:

  • Use HP’s diagnostic tools to check for any hardware issues. This can often be accessed by pressing Esc key immediately after starting the laptop, then selecting F2 for diagnostics.

System Restore:

  • If possible, access System Restore from the Advanced options menu and revert your system to a previous point when it was functioning correctly.

Update BIOS and Drivers:

  • Visit the HP support website to download the latest BIOS and driver updates for your model. Updating them might resolve conflicts.

Reinstall Windows:

  • If none of the above steps work, you may consider reinstalling Windows from scratch. Ensure you back up all important data before proceeding with this step.

I hope this helps.
