HP Pavilion - 15-cc129tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought HP Pavilion - 15-cc129tx about 1.5 years back and for almost last few months i'm getting a blue screen (refer image- https://ibb.co/vmZMmsk) when i slightly move the laptop. This is really annoying, I initially thought this could be some software related issue and performed factory reset but of no use.

Can someone please help and advice if

  • This is a Hardware/Software Issue.
  • How this can be fixed.

Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Since the issue happens when you move the Notebook this is likely to be a Hardware issue

I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

You can also run a System Test

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.

Thank you
