Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Microsoft couldn't help me due to the "Legacy Support" is missing on my system configuration. Need help on fixing this. Have a USB to do a complete clean and start over but does not work because the function of the "Legacy Support" is missing said Microsoft. They said I would have to contact HP.

From 2016 onwards there is a possible recovery option via the cloud...

Rufus or AnyBurn should be able to create a bootable USB.

Yes, Microsoft did use the Rufus. It isn't recognizing it due to functions missing? I'll also check out that link, thank you for your help .
