Google chome doesnt work, HP network check laucher crash

Hi, when I open my google chrome it doesn't give me any network sites it shows that is problem with HP network check launcher…  I tried to install it and tried new, but its the same... looked in net but where is show that you can look for launcher it doesn't show my that something wrong,,, what's happening how do I solve it?

Launches HP Network Check that helps you solve connection issues Enabling this browser plugin will allow you to launch Network Check directly from Chrome when internet access is not detected.
