Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Intel SSD ToolBox indicated OPTANE+932GBHDD but also shows 1TB HGST Travelstar 7K1000. What's up?

I only have 1 HDD not 2. The HGST doesn't show up in any other disk utility i've tried? Which is the real HDD?

@RDRD

What is your real machine ?  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

    https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

Device Manager and Disk Management should tell you the REAL physical drives including external drives.

Regards.

Device manager shows Intel Optane+932GBHD. I know this is not the HDD because the system originally came with a

Seagate ST1000LM049 HDD, when that failed after 4 months HP replaced it with the HGST Travelstar 7K1000. Which has been failing for the last 4 months. Of course they claim it's a software problem and not the junk they pawn off on the consumer.

Besides that Intel shows no Optane drive of this size on their site only Optane memory ??

Out of Warranty by 16 days, 10/31/2019, so no hope of repair or replacement.
