@catalizo

Thank you for the update,

I appreciate your time and efforts,

I understand that the USB serial bus controllers have an issue and you aren't able to use any of the External USB devices and I have a few steps to help you out:

Don't worry as I have a list of steps to help resolve your concern:

  • Before you begin
  • Troubleshooting steps
  • USB device not detected by Windows (no device name in Device Manager)
  • USB storage device is not shown in Safely Remove Hardware window
  • Front USB ports do not work on a desktop computer.
  • The mouse responds slowly, if at all
  •  USB 2.0 Device Does Not Work When Connected to a USB 3.0 Port

For details on each step: Click here

Although, I'm not entirely sure what you meant by the display graphics card on the title,
perhaps you could elaborate on that as well? so I can help you with that as well.

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.

If you wish to show appreciation for my efforts,

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

As I Understand you need assistance with USB mouse and video card,

Although I understand you need drivers for them, I'm not sure why and I would appreciate if you could tell me what's happening on your computer so that I may provide an accurate solution:

In the meantime, you could look for the driver compatible with windows 10 based on the type of mouse you have, is that an HP Mouse?

Also about your graphics/video card, if you have 2 it would be a switchable graphics, refer to this article for details: Click here and here

Keep me posted,

If the information I've provided was helpful,

Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

That'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
