SYSTEM COMES UP WITH FILE PROBLEM. TRIED THE USUAL THINGS. F10 DOES NOT WORK EITHER DOES F9 OR F11. DO NOT HAVE THE HP RECOVERY THUMB DRIVE

HP no longer sells recovery media for your notebook, but this vendor has a recovery kit for sale.
