Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried repeatedly to reset this laptop to no avail.  It passed all tests.  It will start to reset, gets to about 34% and goes to UNDOING CHANGES and then goes back to where I started the reset.  PLEASE HELP.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

Boot from the installation media and when you get to the part that asks: 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.

 

Click Next and W10 should install.

 

After the installation has completed you can install the drivers and available software from the notebook's support page:
