Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y3AV)

HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y3AV) windows not loading. Windows 11 is not booting. It is saying Bit Locker and asking for recovery key and i don't have the recovery key. What to do ?

See if the info at the link below is of help to you:

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

If not, you will need to reinstall Windows if you want to use the PC again.

 

All data on the drive cannot be recovered without the Bitlocker recovery key.
