My laptop will not turn on. I plugged it into the charger and the charging light showed it was charged. I pressed the power button and it will not turn on and the charging light goes off then comes back on. I've tried to remove the battery and hold the power button. Nothing is working. Please help.

Hi,

What happens when you connect AC adapter while removing battery and then powering on laptop?

Can you source another charger of same kaai to see if it is AC adapter issue?

Regards

Hello,
Nothing happens when I take out the battery while it's connected to the ac adapter. And I do not have access to another charger.

If it is not AC adapter issue, then power connector or board failure is the next in list.

Get it checked by certified HP technician.
