I wanted to purchase the HP Care Pack for my laptop, because the original warranty was about to end at the 3rd of August 2019. Due to the lack of spare money, I post postponed the purchase, after ensuring that the Care Pack can be bought after the and of warranty.
Today, when I wanted to buy the pack, I was welcomed by the message saying that there is not a suitable Care Pack for me, even though 2 weeks later I was presented a 3-year offer.
Does anybody had the same issue or can help me with the matter? Thank you in advance
