I have a slow performance issue with my HP laptop and I submitted a case with HP support 5123042757 on 21st April 2024. I have never experienced such a bad experience in my career with any support team, every day I followed up and they advised me to wait for 24 to 48H and that is what has been done till today.
Can someone please share the escalation Matrix to help escalate my case?
