All of my WiFi connections are locked out. I can't get on at my house. I can drive a couple miles where there is different WiFi and it works, when there are no little padlock icons. I need to delete the little lock icons but don't know how.

 Strangely the lock button is where the on/off button on other simular models. My on/off button is on the left side and is a light I push in and the turn the unit off with the touch screen. Thanks for any help, this is driving me nuts!

 I have washed everything atleast 3 times, that ain't workin'.

Kindly review the instructions as below :

-were there any hardware or software changes recently 

- share more details of the product like serial product numbers or complete model name

- We at HP do not encourage using 3rd party accessories or devices , hardware upgrades unless advised in any form of hp documentation

- Find all relevant guides and drivers from the support page here on best effort basis with the limited details that we have about the device  -
