Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I'm a new member in the community and bought a HP ZBook Ultra G1a 14 a week ago; it is installed and activated the Wolf Security also.

I installed the HP Cloud Recovery Tool to create an USB Recovery mass storage including all drivers;

I have downloaded and installed the last version 2.32.3.976 of HP Cloud Recovery Tool present on HP Site version;

then performed the following steps:

1) added CloudRecovery.exe in the exclusion of application in Wolf Security

2) selected an USB Mass Storage 64GB (format extFAT)

3) starting the application (Run As Administrator) 

4) identified correctly the serial number

5) selected the Operating System : Windows 11 Pro including Microsoft Office 

id laptop and imageid laptop and image

6) option to restore : Operating System and Drivers

7) Type : Europe - Server: Europe

😎the hp cloud recovery tools starts to format usb, download files and extract it

9) after operations starts to Install Drivers and remains indefinitely in state install drivers as in the picture

 

stuck install driversstuck install drivers

 

 i waited about 1 hour but it doesn't finish.

I tried also with another usb mass storage same issue.

I'd really appreciate a comparison.

 

has anyone encountered the same problem? (stuck during install drivers at the end of creating usb mass storage recovery)
