Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d1 (53F54AV)

Hi,

launching Hp Cloud Recovery Tool downloaded from Windows Store, as soon as I arrive in the screen where the PC ID is requested, the app says that my PC ID is not valid.

Why?

 

It is a 2022 model, so not old.

 

I have same issue in the web page where I could download software and driver.

There is a green button to detect drivers of my laptop but here too the PC is not detected and an error is displayed.
