downloaded HP Cloud Recovery Tool, rejects my product number T0D93UA#ABA, says not valid, contact HP Support?

Your model is not supported by the HP cloud recovery tool, or the info link would be listed on your notebook's support page.
Your options would be to order a recovery kit (last line on the above link), or reinstall W10 for free using the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable 8 GB W10 USB installer.
