Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,
I just purchased an HP Spectre (11th gen Intel) notebook and when I open the HP command center the language is dutch. My system language is set to Norwegian, and I need help to change the HP command center language to Norwegian (or at least English so that I can understand the settings). I have tried reinstalling the program with no luck.
