Hello! I have the HP Desktop PC (AMD Ryzen 7 5700G/512GB SSD/16GB RAM). I tried to update the windows 11 home to pro and I guess it failed. Now when I start it, it is stuck after the HP logo, with the spinning circle and black background. What do I do now? I just purchased this yesterday. 😞 Thanks for your help!

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
