al usar el software para creacion de medios, dice que el numero de serie es inexistente, ya probe hasta con vpn, no hay manera de hacer la usb de recuperacion de sistema

HP retires support for the Cloud recovery tool when the PC reaches 5 years of age which is why the recovery tool isn't working.

 

You can order a USB recovery kit for your notebook from this vendor at the link below:

Otherwise you can clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:
