Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0008au
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0008au is stuck on this loop:

 

HP logo appears, “getting windows ready for you”, followed by “restarting”

 

I’ve tried a power reset, BiOS recovery , CMOS recovery, load default BiOS settings according to virtual chat assistant, but the issue persists

 

my last activities before this happened was running a PowerPoint and several Chrome windows and tabs

 

my computer rebooted, closing all my windows but I could still use it for approximately 5 minutes before this issue started
