How can I turn in my laptop and receive a refund/reimbursement/etc. It continues to give me problems that make it unreliable and a waste of time to use. It continues to fail at simple task with internet connections, software accessibility, login failures, slow start-ups, and now even failing to connect to HDMI connections. I can't keep trying to fix it when I have things to do.

Where I can I sell this laptop and get the most out of it?

 

I always backed HP but after this laptop I cannot. I haven't heard any solution to my last post.
