Product: elitebook 835 g8
I install a notebook Elitebook 835 G8 (1W3K3AV) with our image. After installation, I launch HP Image Assistant.
After rebooting, a blue screen appears:
Stop Code: System Service Exception
Cause of error: amdfendr.sys
Then comes the message DMA Protection:
Then again, the blue screen:
Stop Code: System Service Exception
Cause of error: amdfendr.sys
and then a recovery window with the error code: 0xc0000001.
If I don't update the AMD graphics card driver, then the error does not occur.
The error occurs with us with all AMD notebooks (835 G8, 845 G8 and 855 G8). With other models, we don't have the problem.
Can you help me with this problem?
