Good afternoon, colleagues, I have a serious problem with my laptop, recently the laptop does not allow the operating system to run, as it is, only the keyboard and fans turn on if it has a power source (Charger or Battery), but it cannot be turned off, I had to resort to removing the battery to turn it off.
When turning on, only the Shift key turns on for 3 seconds and then the fan starts to run at maximum, the LED of the f5 and f8 keys stays orange and if the charger is connected, the Charging LED keeps flashing in Orange
I have already reset BIOS, changed the RAM and cleaned the components, but nothing works, it does not even allow me to enter the BIOS update option with Windows + B because it simply does not run anything from the Operating System
