My laptop HP envy has been crashing randomly without a blue screen. I got this laptop in 2019. It ran perfectly fine for 4+ years without any issues until it's battery had no more capacity. The battery totaled after more than 4 years and couldn't hold onto charge. After the battery gave up my laptop randomly started to crash and mostly crashed when running heavy programs. Then I got the battery replaced with another OEM HP battery but this couldn't resolve the main issue. The laptop crashes just out of the blue and even though it doesn't crash on heavy programs but crashes randomly more frequently. The new battery seems to be functioning as it should as well as the laptop. Sometimes the laptop crashes and once rebooted it shows a black screen and it's caps lock key starts blinking.
