HP Envy 360x Convertable
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Resetting my laptop to factory specs.

Tried to use the Recovery Tool and wipe everything.

Got stuck updating windows at 64% constantly rebooting.

I think maybe the Restore Partition data is corrupted; maybe?

Want to use HP Cloud Recovery Tool, but it's asking for the Product ID; which I don't have.

I have the Serial Number and the Product Number, but neither will get recognized by the tool's "gatekeeper".  So annoying!!

How do I solve the 64% problem, or the missing Product ID to use the Cloud Tool?

Thanks.

Cheerz.

Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

Product ID should be AAAAAAA#AAA for example

You need 7 characters before #.
