Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx

Set my laptop to update last night before turning in.  Well this morning it is STUCK.  I cannot get to safe mode.  CTRL ALT DEL doesn't work. When I power off, and turn back on it goes to automatic repair and then continues to spin with the HP on the screen.  PLEASE help. I have powered off, unplugged the power cord, for like 15mins, plugged back in powered up and still stuck.  I REALLY need this laptop to work.
