HP Envy x360 16-ac0011na Convertible Touchscreen Laptop – Core™ Ultra 5, Silver with Pen

 

I bought this, with in a 3 months time it develop issues; computer gets tunred off.

I contacted HP support team, sent laptop to fix but they could not fix the issue. I left out with a faulty laptop.

 

Still under warranty!
