Please reinstall the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery

Step 02. Type "Device Manager" in the start search box & open the Device Manager
Step 03. Look for Batteries and expand it by click on the + symbol on the left
Step 04. Right Click on "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery" & uninstall
Note: This Battery driver will get re-installed automatically when you restart the Notebook again
Step 05. Please Shutdown the Notebook
Step 06. Please remove the Battery and unplug the Power Adapter
Step 07. Press and Hold the Power Button for full 1 Minute
Step 08. Go ahead and put back the Battery and connect the Power Adapter and restart
Next try updating the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers once again
If the issue persists run a Battery Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Power > Battery
Let me know how it goes 😊

This method not working, because there's battery warranty issue. this product is expired when i checked in HP Tool. give me solution for BIOS downgrade. When I did downgrade BIOS so i found this error: BIOS Image Doesn't open or Invalid Signature File. can you create BIOS Downgrade Custom Flash file? I will downgrade BIOS Through FreeDOS.
I have Backup of Previous BIOS.

Did you run the Battery Test?
You can attempt a BIOS Rollback as well and check if that helps
-
Turn off the computer, and then connect the power cord.
-
Press and hold the Windows key
and the B key at the same time, and then press and hold the power button for 2 to 3 seconds.
-
Release the Power button but continue pressing the Windows and B keys. You might hear a series of beeps.
The HP BIOS Update screen displays and the recovery begins automatically. Follow any on-screen prompts to continue the startup to complete the recovery.

At this point I suggest you check with another battery to confirm if the issue is with the Battery or the Notebook
You can also contact HP Support and check for possible Service Options for a charge since the Notebook is out of warranty
