Alright so, this started off with my laptop not running as well as usual, I decided that resetting it would be the best way to go, I reset it to factory defaults (Option that says ‘use this if you’re keeping the pc’). I wait for a bit as it does it’s thing but then I see an error message, (an error with resetting). But I managed to fix it with a little google search.
I let it do it’s own thing for a while until I notice something, the computer is restarting over and over while on the ‘installing windows’ page. I search around for hours about this but the best I could find is about clicking ‘f11’ and troubleshooting it. I followed the steps (recovery manager) and now it has this on my screen (Refer to the top of this post) When I try to minimise it it just restarts the device. Help?

Hi:
If the HP recovery system isn't working, you have another option which would be to use another Windows PC, a 32 GB USB flash drive and the HP cloud recovery tool that will create a bootable recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Sometimes that works when the internal factory reset doesn't.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
