Product: HP Laptop X7T74UA#ABA 15-ba053nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently, the notebook will not sleep. I have adjusted power settings, disabled all non-Microsoft in start-up, updated, checked device drivers, and advanced power power options, and so on. Checked for something running in the background, no luck. The computer will sleep if I press the power button or close the lid, just not after it times out. I do have have Norton360 however, I went in and adjusted settings there to perform tasks only weekly. Besides, I have had Norton for years without issue. I do have Microsoft office personal with outlook. Thanks!
