Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cd024ax

HI All

I have been having recent issues with my HP Pavilion - 15-cd024ax becoming unusable in that it seems to freeze up. I am one TASK MANAGER, and I have found if I end a task/program, everything goes back to normal, but after a short time, it occurs again.

I've run all the checks HP recommends on hardware and drivers, and all is fine.

On some occasions, I end up with the taskbar disappearing and then just a grey screen, a reboot then fixes but then the same issue re-occurs

Any help is greatly appreciated.
