Good evening to everyone willing to lend me a hand. I'm really thanful for your time; in short, i've made a serie of huge mistakes!

My laptop's HDMI port wasn't working, so i decided to update the display driver. Since it wouldn't update, i decided to rollback. That caused a blackscreen to start, with the cursor visible. I looked online and decided that the best course of action was to boot safe mode with F8 and do a hard reset (keeping the files)

I did the hard reset in the correct way, using the code from my microsoft account, but sadly it gave me an error at the end. The result was the following: Every time i boot my laptop, it starts with the hp logo, i can only open the hardware checks, UEFI and bootloader. Safe mode won't start. After a short period, it blackscreens without the cursor until a BSOD appears with the  following reason "STOP CODE VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE" and "what failed: igdkmdn64.sys"

The problem i want to tackle first is the BSOD, not the display stuff, i'd rather go back to the first issue. My idea would be to install windows 11 on a usb stick and reinstall the OS. The pc was new, so i have no important files on it and am willing to reset it completely if it means a working laptop. Naturally i'll wait for your opinions before digging myself even deeper.

Thanks again for your time and concern. I will revisit this page in several hours so i can add more informations.
