HP Pavilion Laptop PC 14-dv0000 (9WF41AV)

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my ongoing service case (#XXXX4646) related to my laptop, which has been open for over a month.

After the service engineer replaced the motherboard, the operating system was not reinstalled, and unfortunately, the original issue remains unresolved. I have reached out to HP support multiple times, and while another engineer visited to install the OS, the problem persists.

Additionally, I have found it challenging to connect with the CSS Service Head, as responses seem to be sporadic, whether through email or voice messages. This has added to my frustration, as my laptop is still under warranty, TVS partered with HP has sent a quotation for new MB. However as my Laptop is under warrenty I denied to pay and the issue has not been addressed.

 

The ongoing issues are impacting my children’s ability to attend online tuition and complete their school projects.

 

I kindly request that higher management intervene to expedite the resolution of this matter. Your assistance in ensuring my laptop is fully operational would be greatly appreciated, as it is crucial for my children’s education.
