OMEN by HP 15-dh0002nj
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there, the product I own is OMEN by HP 15-dh0002nj
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750 CPU @ 2.60GHz  2.59GHz

The product is new, I have him for almost a year now.

Problem started today, it randomly shuts down mostly when I enter a game, specifically in this case its Heroes of the Storm, as I click on play and the game loads up, my laptop just goes black, and randomly restarts without any further announcement nor any error code.

It also happened twice when I did not play any game, just browsing the internet.
The Laptop itself is not hot when I touch it.

I just updated the BIOS, and it still happens after the update.
What should I do, has anyone already had this problem before, is it a known problem?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is shutting down randomly.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
