OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dh1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When the computer starts up, I see this error (see below screenshot).

I've had the computer a little more than a month and haven't used it for much or even installed many apps.

The problem happened after I started seeing strange behavior after a Windows 10 update, and rolled back to a restore point.

Is there a way to reinstall all the built in HP software without totally wiping my system, or verify the files?

I thought maybe I could reinstall some of the built-in HP apps, but I'm not sure what one "OmenCommandCenterBackground.exe" would be a part of. Under "Programs" I see the following HP items:

  • HP Audio Switch
  • HP Connection Optimizer'
  • HP Documentation
  • HP Jumpstarts
  • HP PC hardware Diagnostics Windows
  • HP Privacy Settings
  • HP Smart
  • HP Support Assistant
  • HP System Event Utility

Is there some way to repair or reinstall everything, without wiping the whole system?

Or is there some utility to verify all the program files?

I already used the HP Support Assistant to check the operating system, check for updates, etc. and everything checked out.

And I already did a system restore to a point from before the problems began, but I am still seeing this error on startup.

Any help appreciated...

@BatFrog

Please use Windows Store, search for Omen Gaming Hub and install (or Upgrade/Update) it on your machine,

Regards.
