HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a210
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi HP community,

One day, I was not able to boot up Windows on my All-in-One computer.  It was looping and the icons are missing on the desktop.  Hence, I performed a Recovery.  However, about 75% completion toward the recovery process, it stalled and  I see the "Restoration Incomplete" message.

"Restoration Incomplete
The restoration did not complete.
Please select one of the following buttons:
Save log  Details  Retry"

Under details it says:

- Process CTO panic
- Found Memory Dump

I tried recover it again and the restore did not complete.  Please provide a fix for this and advise.
If anymore information is missed, I try my best to answer.

Thank you.

Thanks UB6424.  I ran a diagnostic test and PC passed the test.

Currently, it just loop as an Administrator and "Restoration Incomplete".
The recovery is on another partition on the hard drive.  The desktop does not come with a recovery disk.  Any more suggestions.  Thanks in advance.
