Hello everyone. 

I have windows 10 running on my notebook (g6-1176sa), the sound isn't working, the system crashes or freezes when I run certain programs, when I switch off and start to my PC, it doesn't boot up successfully, it shows a blank screen, I have to switch off and on over and over again. It sometimes shows recovery after switching the 3rd time.

Should I revert back to windows 7 which came pre-installed system. 

Please help.
