HP Pavilion not fully charging

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cw1xxx

Hi there! Lately, I've noticed that my laptop HP Pavilion doesn't fully charge, even though the AC adapter is plugged in it can't reach the maximum battery capacity, it's always stuck at 84% of the capacity. So I run the battery test from the HP Hardware Diagnostics Windows and it says that my battery is ok, but looking at the details it says there are some errors as it follows here:

What can I do to fix all those false and failed? Is it possible that this problem comes from the ac adapter?
My laptop is just one year old.
