HP Pavillon DV7-2165sg BIOS Error

Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

When I try to switch on my Laptop "HP Pavillon DV7-2165sg", It tries to start, all the Lights on the Pannel are on, but it shows Error Code for Bios LED Flash. 2 Times which means Bios Problem.
I tried to make Bios recovery by holding the Win Button and "B" and when I pressed the Power Supply, all the Lights on Pannel is going down.
I tried to download Bios for my Laptop but I could not find it by German HP.de
Would you Please show me where I can find the Bios and it´s Programm to download it?
