My HP ProBook 4540s laptop recently stopped working. I had used the program Driver Easy to update all the drivers. After the update, it restarted my laptop and I continued to work on it, until I saw the emergency power show up.
I then connected it to a power cord, and it did not charge or show the charging icon. It just blinks 9 short times, then does nothing.
Now the power is drained and everytime I connect it to my power cord, it still blinks 9 times and does nothing. I have tried all methods of fixing this problem, including the "Windows keys + B or V, then power for 2 seconds" method and still nothing.
