Microsoft Windows 11

We have a ProBook 250 G9, and the laptop only boots after a BIOS recovery by pressing the Windows key and B. After that, it boots once, but when restarted, it reports that the Intel Management Engine firmware is corrupted and needs to be restored. This restoration fails, and then the laptop states that the BIOS recovery files are either faulty or missing. Performing a BIOS recovery via USB stick allows it to boot once again. In Windows, it can be read that the Intel ME is in recovery mode and defective.
Is there a way to download the firmware? I already have the firmware flashing tool.

Thanks in advance and best regards
