HP Probook 450 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently got an HP Probook 450 G3 from my boss, who he got from a customer, with the issue that the laptop did not work. Under further inspection, the issue is 2 long and 2 short beeps coming from the laptop, which would mean BIOS failure. I've tried Windows B + V key, and nothing works, it just sits on a blank screen, with no access to anything, while the fan ramps to max and stays there. Any suggestions? At this point, if I even want to spend money on this, I may just try and get a BIOS chip and resolder it myself. I also am not able to turn it off normally, I have to take the battery out every time, and seeing as I don't even own a charger for the laptop, the battery life counts, lol. I've let it sit for maybe around 30 minutes to no avail too. Anything helps!

Thanks!
