Hello

i need to restore windows 10 from windows 11 on my laptop. I tried with f11 on started but it doesn't work. How can I solve the problelm? Thank you

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
