I want to use HP windows recovery tools. But after entering my Product ID, it only offers window 11 version. Is there any way to still use recovery tools while sticking to Windows 10 ?

Hi:

Unfortunately, there isn't any way that I know of to do that with the built-in recovery tools.

What I suggest you do is this...

I would make a system image of your current W10 installation, so you can easily reinstall W10 in the future.

I use the free Macrium Reflect software on the left side of the webpage to do that, under the Backup at Home section.

Store the image on a portable hard drive.

Along with the system image, make sure you create the bootable DVD or USB rescue drive you boot from to access the system image stored on your portable hard drive.

Unfortunately, I have done the HP Recovery Tools and found out that it had erased all my previous windows 10 partition. Now, I am on the Windows 11 and if I use media creation tools, I will get a blank windows 10 (not as I get after buying this laptop). Is there any way, maybe I can use system image from other computer to install into my laptop ? Is windows 11 good & doesn't have any issue ?

If you are already on W11 and erased the original W10 installation, then there is nothing that I know of that you can do.

Unless the PC you have that has W10 on it has very similar hardware as the one running W11, it is highly unlikely that image would work.

I have not had any problems whatsoever running W11 on my PC's that I have it on thus far.
