Hey Community,

I have recently seen many others with this issue, and getting it resolved. I own an HP Spectre x360 and have had it for a few years now. However, while it was working perfectly fine yesterday, today it all of a sudden stopped charging and none of the ports were working. When getting it checked, I seemed to be an issue with the motherboard. After investigating myself, I noticed the motherboard was burned. I have NEVER had this problem with a computer before. With my son using this for college and now out a computer, this has posed a major problem. Not only are we upset about it, we are trying to figure out what to do and who to contact about this without all these random fees. At the time of the purchase, we spent over 1600 on the computer for it to last him a long time. I have seen other people with good results from HP support for the faulty product. I am hoping this will be the case for myself as well asap. Thank you.
