Product: Stream 11
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I have a Stream 11 Notebook using Windows 10 S Mode, which has lost its Wifi driver, I have tried to install the driver via a USB but the machine refuse to install it as it isnt coming from Windows Store.  I have tried resetting Windows to factory settings but it has helped, driver is still missing.  Have also turning off app settings through Defender but that hasnt worked with.  Can anyone shred some light. Thanks

Appreciate you trying the steps as re-installing the operating system should have resolved the software/ driver issue. This looks like a hardware problem. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
